Shipping information

Our orders are usually shipped and delivered within 7-14 business days after the order is confirmed, with standard delivery. Based on the courier and pick-up times, delivery times may vary.

In case of delays, you will be informed accordingly.

  • Shipping takes place worldwide.
  • Shipping costs are free for orders over 500 EUR.
  • Below the order value of 500 EUR shipping in Hungary costs 5 EUR, and shipping globally costs 30 EUR.
  • With MPL courier (only in Hungary) the shipping fees are the following: 0-10kg 1990 HUF (5.10EUR), 10-20kg 2990 HUF (7.63 EUR), 20-40kg 5990 HUF (15.29 EUR).
  • There is no minimum order value.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 7-14 business days after the order is confirmed.
  • Our shipping days are Monday to Friday.
  • Orders will not be shipped on national holidays.
  • The prices include packaging costs.
  • Transports are carried out by GLS, or other forwarding agents.
  • All prices include the statutory VAT.
  • All information is without guarantee. Subject to change without notice.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 3 days without any reason. The revocation period is three days from the day on which you placed the order.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us:

using a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, or e-mail of your decision) to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form, which is not mandatory.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

 

General notes

  1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
  2. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  3. Please note that the numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

 

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments which we have received from you, except for the costs and fees of returning the goods, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction unless mutually agreed otherwise. We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The resulting costs will be deducted from your credit if you do not accept the ordered goods. You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that are not necessary for testing the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
